Timesheet is mandatory in many companies. But it doesn't have to be boring. We set up a fridge, electronically locked, hooked up to the timesheet server and controlled with an Arduino board. If everyone in the office has filled in their hours by Friday evening, the fridge opens and drinks are free. A simple and fun internal and low-budget project to convert some annoying tasks into something more interesting that was shortlisted in Cannes 2012 in the PR category.
